Tomorrow and Sunday is the UTAR Kampar Open Day.

UTAR provides FREE shuttle service from Kampar Railway Station to Perak Campus and return on 28 & 29 March 09 between 9.30am and 5.30pm.

The advantages of staying in Tmn Kampar Perdana

Many of the "experience" students will choose to stay in Tmn Kampar Perdana as compare to others housing area. So, what are the advantages staying in Tmn Kampar Perdana?
A survey done randomly on 55 Utar students showed that 46 students prefer to stay in Tmn Kampar Perdana.
Here's the reasons why:
1) Nearer to Utar entrance. The distance is about 500m only.
2) Walking distance to Tesco.
3) Quiet and peace location. Good for study environment.
4) Near to shophouses.
5) Less number of students staying in 1 house. Max 6-7 students per house only as compare with 12-15 students in one house in Westlake. Not so congested.
6) Lower rental rate as compare to Westlake.
- Taman Kampar Perdana: about RM140/person.
- Westlake homes rental: Single occupancy RM200-RM295, Double occupancy RM190-RM230/person.
